Catacombs by Candlelight - Pass Reservations Terms & Conditions

This notice is to inform you of our terms & conditions for the use of an attraction passĀ  to participation in the Catacombs by Candlelight tour.

We accept the “New York Pass by Go City” and the “GO CITY NEW YORK” attraction passes.

During the check-out process you will be required to enter a valid credit card. This card will be kept on file until 6 days before scheduled tour at which point a hold will be put on your card for the full amount. In the event your card is declined, your reservation may be cancelled if you cannot be reached to provide a working card. For successful credit card holds, when you arrive on the scheduled date/time, you will be asked to present your ATTRACTION PASSES for scanning. If all passes scan successfully the credit card hold will be released. In the event your ATTRACTION PASSES have expired, or were previously used, or a member of your party failed to show up without notifying us within the 2 hour allotted time, you will be responsible for paying full price for the amount of the unscanned reservations.

Please be sure to come to the correct location for the tour. >>>>We are at 266 Mulberry Street NY NY 10012 between Houston and Prince Streets in Little Italy Manhattan. <<<< DO NOT GO TO ST. PATRICK’S CATHEDRAL IN MIDTOWN. In the event you go to the wrong church you have the option to commute down to the correct location at which point you can join the tour late. WE WILL NOT CANCEL/REFUND RESERVATIONS FOR GOING TO WRONG LOCATION.
